We're delivering on our promise to grow the game across the USA and build relations with new and existing commercial partners."

The six teams participating in the tournament are Los Angeles Knight Riders (owned by Knight Riders Group), MI New York (Indiawin Sports), San Francisco Unicorns (Anand Rajaraman, Venky Harinarayan), Seattle Orcas (GMR Group, Satya Nadella, S Somasegar), Texas Super Kings (Chennai Super Kings, Anurag Jain, Ross Perot Jr), and Washington Freedom (Sanjay Govil).

The explosive growth of MLC is fueled by significant investment from American Cricket Enterprises (ACE), whose financial commitments to U.S. cricket have already exceeded USD 150 million. ACE’s investment is also enabling a national infrastructure program aimed at creating 10 venues up to international standards by 2030. MLC CEO Johnny Grave said this will enable “further infrastructure investment" and help bring even more world-class cricket to fans across the country, starting with Season 4 in June 2026.
