RCB vs DC WPL Final 2026: Match Report

Delhi Capitals WPL final loss is going to be unforgettable for the four-time WPL finalists. The final began with RCB Women winning the toss and choosing to bowl first, but the decision didn’t pay off. Delhi Capitals Women posted a massive 204 runs, thanks to a brilliant top-order performance. Skipper Jemimah Rodrigues led from the front with a quick half-century, while the penultimate over turned the game, as Chinelle Henry smashed 24 runs off Nadine de Klerk.

Chasing a daunting total, RCB Women were rocked early after losing Grace Harris in the second over. However, skipper Smriti Mandhana and Georgia Voll steadied the innings with a 165-run partnership for the second wicket, maintaining a strong scoring rate. Some late wickets made the finish tense, with DC needing 10 runs in the final over. But Radha Yadav sealed the victory with two consecutive boundaries, guiding RCB Women to the highest successful run chase in WPL history.
