A group of 17 surviving retired BCCI scorers have appealed to the BCCI for a monthly pension of Rs. 15,000, medical insurance and a one-time ex-gratia payment. The appeal also represents M.S. Rahman and Kaushik Saha, who are deceased and were former BCCI panel scorers. The appeal for the BCCI scorers pension may be taken to the BCCI Annual General Meeting scheduled for September 18, 2026.
