Krafton India Esports Locks In BMIC 2026 Dates and Venues

Krafton India Esports has announced the schedule of the year-ending BGMI tournament. Fans will get to witness the second season of the Battlegrounds Mobile India International Cup, aka BMIC 2026, in two months. Top teams from Asia will compete in this event not only for the prize pool but also to qualify for the biggest battle royale tournament of the year, PMGC 2026. Here are the official BMIC 2026 dates and venue to mark before the event kicks off.

BMIC 2026 to Host International Lobby in October

The Battlegrounds Mobile India International Cup 2026 is scheduled to commence in October. The only truly international BGMI event, the BMIC 2026 dates have been confirmed by Krafton India Esports, taking place from October 30, 2026, to November 1, 2026.

Sixteen teams will participate in BMIC 2026 from three countries: India, Japan, and South Korea. Out of the 16 teams, 6 teams will be from India and 5 each from Japan and South Korea. The top six teams from BMSD 2026 will be representing India in this event.

18 matches will be played over three days. At the end, the top two teams will qualify for PMGC 2026 along with a huge chunk of the total prize pool. Although the total prize pool of the event is yet to be disclosed, it is expected to be around 1 crore INR. The BMIC 2026 teams list will be out by the end of September.

BMIC 2026 Gets A New Venue

All BMIC 2026 matches will be played as a LAN event. Mumbai is going to be the official BMIC 2026 venue, hosting teams from the three nations. Mumbai's Sardar Vallabhbhai Patel Indoor Stadium will host this international event. The BMIC 2026 venue is no stranger to hosting official tournaments, having already successfully organised BGIS 2023.
