Arne Slot Gets Major Boost As Isak, Alisson, Frimpong Return Dates Announced

Liverpool head into the November 2025 international break in dismal fashion after suffering a disappointing 3-0 loss to Manchester City in their recent Premier League games. Arne Slot missed quite a few important players for the match because of injuries to players like Alexander Isak, Alisson and Jeremie Frimpong. However, there is a positive Liverpool injury update when it comes to the Isak injury, Alisson injury, and Frimpong injury heading into the break.

When Could Arne Slot Expect Liverpool Injured Players To Return?

Arne Slot has been unfortunate with the Liverpool injuries in the 2025/26 season, but it seems that he has received a promising Liverpool injury update. That is because the Dutch manager had given a positive Liverpool injury update on the Alisson injury and Frimpong injury when it comes to when the duo could return to action after the international break.

He stated: “Alisson for sure, and I expect Jeremie [Frimpong] back after the international break as well because we play from November until March! But I do not expect Jeremie to be fully fit for Forest, but with Alisson, we expect this.”

As a result, it seems that the Alisson injury and Frimpong injury problems are now over, and they will be able to get back into action soon after the international break. Alisson, for one, looks set to start for Liverpool in their next game against Nottingham Forest after the break, while Frimpong can also be in the matchday squad.
