Senny Mayulu was born in 2006 in France to a very accommodating and easy-going Congolese family. He grew up amid the Parisian suburbs with a football-loving family where the game wasn't just an activity but a way of life. His family, especially his parents, played a very big role in helping him grow his talent, motivating him to chase his dreams, while also teaching him discipline and lessons.
From a young age, it was already evident that Senny possessed a God-gifted talent for football. He had played for a club in his hometown academy before the PSG scouts brought him to one of France's premier academies. With unwavering support from his family, Senny embraced the challenges of youth football, their commitment evident as they accompanied him to every training session and match while he climbed the ranks at PSG. Unlike many of his peers, he carried himself with quiet confidence and simplicity. Drawing deeply from his upbringing and early influences, he channeled those roots into a style of play marked by intelligence, creativity, and composure — qualities that also shaped his presence on and off the pitch. Settled and focused from a young age, Senny quickly emerged as a standout talent in the academy, progressing steadily until he earned a place among the first team while still a youth.
Senny Mayulu is a technically gifted and smart attacking midfielder, armed with excellent technical ability, finesse, vision, and close control. He has mostly played as a classic No. 10 or out on the wings, where his speedy feet enable him to thread needles through tight spaces to deliver top-notch passes upfront. His ball control is exceptional, which allows him to confidently take on defenders one-on-one. With sharp changes of direction, bursts of pace, and clever flicks, he consistently finds ways to outmaneuver his marker.
One of his best qualities is the calmness in crisis moments, which is quite rare for a young player. He has the vision to identify forward runs and the range to distribute through balls and switch play nicely. Mayulu drifts into areas to collect the ball in between lines, and he excels with his off-the-ball movement. Physically, Mayulu is quick and nimble on his feet and can beat around opponents, but is also developing the strength and balance necessary to repel defenders. As a talented youth player, his game has an intelligence and tactical sense well beyond his age, and the potential to be a useful creative outlet and future midfield general for the club, and potentially, the country.
