Como continued their good form in Serie A and gave an exceptional performance as they beat Lecce 3–0, scoring through Nico Paz, Jacobo Ramon and Anastasios Douvikas. The visitors controlled the game and took their chances well to seal a comfortable victory.

Nico Paz, who was simply unplayable all game, opened the scoring with a brilliant strike from distance in the 20th minute. It was a goal that oozed class and it completely deflated the home side. Lecce struggled but they just couldn't lay a glove on the organised Como side who controlled the tempo and territory.

The second half saw more of the same. Como sealed the points with two more goals, first a header from defender Jacobo Ramón and then a composed finish from Como player Anastasios Douvikas. Como Player Ratings vs Lecce

Here are Como Player Ratings vs Lecce

Goalkeeper

Jean Butez - 7.0: A pretty comfortable evening for the keeper. He made a couple of important saves when called upon, especially one in the first half to keep his clean sheet intact. Commanded his area well from what we saw. Picked up a slightly bizarre yellow card in the second half for time-wasting, but it didn't take away from a solid performance. He looked assured throughout.

Defenders

Jacobo Ramón - 7.5: Got himself on the scoresheet with a well-taken header which is always a bonus for a defender. He was defensively sound, winning his duels and passing the ball with impressive accuracy. We noticed he was calm under pressure and helped build attacks from the back. A very complete performance.

Alberto Moreno - 6.5: A bit of a mixed bag for Moreno. He was solid for the most part, making several key clearances. However, he also missed a big chance that he really should have buried. He got caught offside once but his overall defensive contribution was steady enough to keep Lecce's attackers quiet on his side.

Diego Carlos - 6.5: A physical and imposing presence at the back. He won his tackles and wasn't afraid to put his body on the line. He did get a yellow card for a cynical foul and missed a big chance himself. From our perspective, he was a rock, but a slightly clumsy one at times.

Ivan Smolcic - 6.5: Only played the first half before being substituted. During his time on the pitch, he was effective, winning most of his duels and making some important interceptions. He picked up a yellow card for a handball which was the only real blot on his copybook. A decent 45 minutes of work.

Midfielders

Nico Paz - 9.0: Absolutely sensational. The undisputed man of the match. He scored a wonderful opening goal and then turned provider with a clever assist. His movement, dribbling, and vision were on another level entirely. What stood out to us was how he dictated the entire game from midfield. He was the highest-rated player for a reason, a joy to watch.

Máximo Perrone - 7.0: The anchor in midfield that allowed the creative players to shine. He was tidy in possession and did the dirty work exceptionally well, breaking up play and recovering the ball seven times. He drew three fouls, showing his ability to shield the ball. A disciplined and effective performance.

Mërgim Vojvoda - 8.5: The creative engine of the team. Two assists tell the story, but his overall contribution was immense. He created an incredible five chances and his delivery from wide areas was consistently dangerous. From our perspective, his crossing was the key to unlocking Lecce's defence for the second and third goals. A fantastic outing.

Lucas Da Cunha - 6.5: The captain led by example with a composed performance. While he didn't grab the headlines like his fellow midfielders, he kept the ball moving and maintained the team's structure. His passing was neat and tidy. A solid, if unspectacular, performance.

Jesús Rodríguez - 6.5: A bundle of energy on the flank. He was a willing runner and created a couple of chances for his teammates. However, his final product was a bit lacking and he was sometimes wasteful in good positions. We noticed his work rate was high, but he needs to add more composure to his game.

Forwards

Anastasios Douvikas - 8.0: Led the line brilliantly and got the goal his hard work deserved. He was a constant thorn in the side of the Lecce defenders, drawing fouls and holding up the ball effectively. His movement created space for others. A true striker's performance, capped off with a well-taken goal.

Substitutes

Ignace Van der Brempt - N/A: Came on at half-time for Smolcic but didn't have enough time or involvement to warrant a rating.

Manager

Manager - 8.5: The tactics were spot on. Set the team up to be defensively solid and devastating on the counter. The decision to exploit the wide areas paid off handsomely. The team looked motivated and knew their roles perfectly. A tactical masterclass that completely nullified the opposition.

Goalkeeper

Wladimiro Falcone - 6.5: It's tough for a keeper when you concede three, but he couldn't be faulted for any of the goals. He actually made three crucial saves to stop the scoreline from getting even worse. From our perspective, he was one of Lecce's better players, which says a lot about the outfield performance. He was left completely exposed by his defence.

Defenders

Jamil Siebert - 6.0: A difficult evening for the centre-back. He struggled to contain Como's fluid attack and was pulled out of position on a few occasions. He made a number of clearances but ultimately was part of a defence that was breached too easily. Not his finest hour.

Danilo Veiga - 6.0: He worked hard down the right flank and made a few important clearances and interceptions. However, he was often overwhelmed by Como's runners. He tried to support the attack but offered little threat going forward. A battling performance but lacked quality.

Antonino Gallo - 5.5: A really poor performance. His passing was sloppy with only 57% accuracy, and he lost possession an alarming 16 times. Defensively, he was caught out and offered very little protection on the left side. He looked off the pace all game.

Tiago Gabriel - 5.0: A night to forget for the defender. The stats show an error that led to a goal, which is simply unforgivable at this level. Beyond that critical mistake, he struggled all evening and was a weak link in a fragile backline. Easily the worst performer on the pitch.

Midfielders

Ylber Ramadani - 7.0: One of the few Lecce players who can hold their head high. He fought tirelessly in midfield, winning a remarkable eight duels and making five interceptions. What stood out to us was his commitment and desire. He was let down by those around him.

Riccardo Sottil - 6.0: Largely anonymous. He picked up a yellow card and offered very little in an attacking sense. He was substituted after a performance where he failed to make any real impact on the game. A disappointing display.

Santiago Pierotti - 6.5: He showed a fantastic work rate, winning seven duels and making several tackles. He never stopped running for the team. However, his quality on the ball was lacking and he lost possession ten times. All effort, but very little end product.

Mohamed Kaba - 7.0: Like Ramadani, Kaba was a fighter in a losing battle. He won an incredible 12 duels and was a powerhouse in the middle of the park. He even got a shot on target saved. He was constantly trying to drive his team forward but was fighting a lone battle.

Youssef Maleh - 6.0: Another midfielder who had a quiet game. He was neat in possession but played it too safe and failed to create anything of note. For a player in his position, you expect more creativity and attacking thrust. He was a passenger for large parts of the match.

Forwards

Nikola Stulic - 5.5: A frustrating evening for the striker. He was completely isolated and starved of service, touching the ball just 15 times. When he did get a rare opportunity, he couldn't make it count. He looked dejected and cut a lonely figure up front.

Substitutes

No substitutes were used with significant impact.

Manager

E. Di Francesco - 5.0: He was thoroughly out-coached. His team looked disorganized at the back and toothless in attack. There was no clear plan to counter Como's style, and he failed to make any changes that influenced the game positively. A very poor day at the office for the Lecce boss.
