Kolkata Knight Riders wicketkeeper Angkrish Raghuvanshi went off the field during his team's 13th match of IPL 2026 against Mumbai Indians at Eden Gardens. Raghuvanshi, who was keeping the wickets right from the start, left the field during the 14th over of the innings.

It seemed like the youngster hadd injured his left hand which forced him to leave. After the wicket of Tilak Varma, KKR's physio was attending Raghuvanshi but in the end, it was decided to take him off the field.

This incident raised concerns of Angkrish Raghuvanshi's participation for the rest of the match. Apart from being the team's wicketkeeper, Raghuvanshi is also a top order batter and will be a key in this run-chase.

Adding to it, he has been in good form this season and even scored a fine 82* in the last match against Gujarat Titans. In a batting line-up full of aggressive batters, Raghuvanshi is seen as an anchor who has the ability to bat throughout the innings.

Angkrish Raghuvanshi injury midway during the match forced the KKR to make another change. Tejasvi Dahiya was picked as KKR new wicketkeeper as he replaced Raghuvanshi behind the stumps for the remaining overs.
