Giannis Antetokounmpo Gets Trolled By Indiana Pacers Fans Over Free Throw Attempt

Creating pressure on star players of opposing franchises has always been a staple for home teams during playoffs. Giannis Antetokounmpo, being the star and perhaps the most efficient player on the Milwaukee Bucks roster was also not spared from this treatment. After an abysmal Game 1, the Bucks and the Indiana Pacers have returned to the Gainbridge Fieldhouse for Bucks to make a comeback in Game 2 of this series.

Though Giannis might be a star, one of the biggest contentions he has faced as player throughout his career has been his consistency from the free-throw line. And what else could the Indiana Pacers fans have done better to mock the Greek Freak? Remind him of the same. Every time Antetokounmpo stepped up to the line, the Pacers fans were loud enough to create pressure on him. However, one fan managed to out do everyone else by mocking the amount of time Antetokounmpo takes to shoot the ball while on the FT line.

Indiana Pacers Fan Hilariously Mocks Giannis Antetokounmpo on the Free Throw Line

During the first quarter of Game 2 tonight, Giannis Antetokounmpo went to the free throw line and was doing his usual slow FT routine. The Indiana crowd made sure to keep Antetokounmpo under pressure by starting to count from 1 to 10 as soon as the referee handed him the ball. However, one fan donning a Pacers hat took this a step further by displaying a custom free-throw clock that worked manually. Have a look at it here below:

However, despite all the mockery and pressure from the Pacers crowd, Giannis still nailed the free-throw. He finished the night with a double-double, scoring 34 points, 18 rebounds, and seven assists while shooting 70% from the field and 60% from the free-throw line.

However, the Bucks still could not garner any win in this series yet as the Pacers lead 2-0. The game could have been in the Bucks' favor as they had even cut down the lead to less than five points during the final minutes of the fourth quarter. However, they still fell short, losing on a 123-115 against Tyrese Haliburton and co.
