The India Blind Women's team received a grand welcome after returning home with the World Cup Trophy. They reached Bengaluru where they received overwhelming love, warmth, and appreciation from the people present. The atmosphere was electric as the crowd, wearing the tricolor jersey and flag, kept cheering for the team. They came to Bengaluru via Chennai and crowd was present in both the airports to cheer for the team and their unprecedented victory. Karnataka CM Siddharamaiah rewarded the Women in Blue with INR 10 lakhs and government jobs. After winning the inaugural T20 World Cup 2025, the women's team have received huge amount of appreciation from across the country. Even Jemimah Rodrigues and other cricketers put up stories of appreciation on social media to congratulate the women's team.
