There is a big news regarding India's star pacer Jasprit Bumrah's availability for the fourth Test of the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy against England at Old Trafford. According to the reports, Bumrah is available and will be playing the fourth Test at Manchester.

The No. 1 Test pacer was earlier rested for the second Test to manage his workload despite being fully fit after the first match. However, the Shubman Gill-led side managed to win the famous Headingley Test in his absence. Bumrah then came back in the third Test at Lord's, and surprisingly, India lost the contest. However, the recent news will uphold India's spirits in this tightly fought series.

Jasprit Bumrah 4th Test Availability

A report from Express Sports suggests that Jasprit Bumrah will be playing the fourth Test. It was earlier reported that the right-arm pacer will miss the fourth Test due to workload. However, due to the long gap between the third and fourth Test, Bumrah is set to be available for the IND vs ENG 4th Test.

The gap will give Bumrah enough time to rest and recover. Also, it would be important for the Indian team to have Bumrah in the squad as they are aiming to level the series at Old Trafford. Jasprit Bumrah 4th Test availability will give the visitors a huge boost ahead of the last two Tests.

England Have the Advantage

After an embarrassing 336-run loss in the second Test, the Three Lions made a terrific comeback and defeated the Indian side by just 22 runs. It was a thrilling Test between the two mighty sides. The contest had all the drama, heat, and action that is required in a Test match. No one could tell till the last wicket who would win the match, but it was England who held their nerves and pulled off an iconic win. England skipper Ben Stokes was named Player of the Match for his all-round performance, scoring 77 runs and taking five wickets in the match.

However, now all eyes are on the IND vs ENG 4th Test, especially on the Indian team, as it's going to be do-or-die for them. They will need to win the fourth Test to remain alive in the series. Apart from that, the eyes will also be on Jasprit Bumrah injury status as multiple reports of him having a niggle are doing the rounds on the internet. However, there's no official statement has been made on the situation so far.

Will India Make any Changes in Squad?

After a horrible display of batting from India's top order in the third Test, a few changes are likely to be made for the fourth Test. Three of the five Tests have been completed so far, and one player in particular in the squad has failed to perform consistently. We're talking about Karun Nair, who was having great starts but failed to convert them into significant scores. Also, if he gets dropped from the fourth match, it could very well mark the end of his Test career.

Sai Sudharsan is likely to replace Nair in the playing XI. The left-handed batter made his Test debut in the first match and showed promise, but was dropped from the second match, with Washington Sundar taking his place. Sundar has been brilliant so far, both with bat and ball, in both the matches he featured in. Apart from that, no changes are likely to be made.
