Musheer Khan in England was a menace. In three matches, he scored 368 runs. Next with ball, he claimed 17 wickets in these three games. While it all feels quite unrealistic, it's a reality. In the first match against Nottinghamshire’s second XI on 30 June, Musheer Khan scored 123 runs in 127 balls, including 14 boundaries in the first innings. The Mumbai Cricket Association (MCA) scored 448 runs and declared in the first innings. Nottinghamshire were bowled out for 201, and since they couldn't avoid the follow-on, they batted again in the second innings and lost seven wickets for 250. However, the match ended in a draw.

Musheer didn't stop there. In the second match against the Challengers (Combined National Counties) team, he scored 125 runs in 127 balls, including 11 boundaries and one six in the second innings of this match. Moreover, he also claimed six wickets for 38 runs in the first innings and four wickets for 56 runs in the second. Musheer Khan record will remain unbreakable for quite a long time now since hitting three consecutive centuries isn't everyone's cup of tea.

Horrific Road Accident in 2024

Despite being just 20 years of age, Musheer Khan showed a lot of courage last year when he went through a road accident. Before the Irani Cup 2024, he was en route to Lucknow from Azamgarh, his hometown, to play a match against Rest of India, when he met with the accident. In a car, Musheer, along with his father and two other people, was injured after the incident. They were out of danger but were injured.

Musheer sustained a neck injury and had to stay away from cricket for a long time. After the accident, he and his father, Naushad Khan, released a statement for the fans. "First of all, I want to thank almighty Allah for granting me a new life. I'm fine as of now, and abbu [father] was with me [in the crash], and he's fine too. I just want to thank all of you for your blessings," stated Musheer Khan.

Before the injury, Musheer was in terrific form, smashing centuries and double centuries in domestic cricket. Well, the accident wasn't a setback for the player. He came back stronger and then played in the Indian Premier League (IPL) 2025 for the Punjab Kings (PBKS). Despite going through this tragedy, Musheer remained optimistic and confident, which helped him succeed in his career. If he continues to maintain this consistency, Musheer Khan century scoring ability could earn him an international cap soon.
