Paul Pogba has been confirmed as a new co-owner for the Saudi Arabian Camel Racing Team Al Haboob, which also ranks as the World's First Camel Racing Team. The Paul Pogba Camel Racing Team, Al Haboob, has gained popularity as a major Saudi Arabian Camel Racing Team and attracted Pogba enough for them to become the Paul Pogba Camel Racing Club.

The French midfielder has revealed that the reason he's aligned with Paul Pogba Al Haboob is because he's followed the Camel Racing scene through YouTube for a long time. Speaking about the Paul Pogba Camel Racing Team, the AS Monaco player stated:

“I've watched my fair share of [camel] races on YouTube and spent time doing research in my spare time trying to understand the techniques and strategies. And what stood out to me is how much dedication it takes from everyone involved. At the end of the day, sport is sport. It demands heart, sacrifice and teamwork.”

The Paul Pogba Camel Racing Club, Al Haboob, currently operates in Jeddah (Saudi Arabia) and it was initially founded by Saudi Arabian Entreprenuer Omar Almeena and Safwan Modir, who are the founding partners and co-owners of the Paul Pogba Camel Racing Team as well.

Pogba has opened up about what his objectives are after investing in the World's First Camel Racing Team and venturing into the world of Camel Racing, as the Frenchman revealed:

“Being the world's most expensive footballer was an honour, but it also came with a lot of hard work, pressure and responsibility. Owning the world's most expensive camel one day would be a beautiful full-circle moment - something fun, something meaningful and something that excites me. Maybe one day we'll make it happen.”

Pogba made his return to action in Ligue 1 for AS Monaco earlier in the 2025/26 season. He has made three appearances for Monaco so far in this campaign, which have all been as a substitute and he also helped them get a crucial 1-0 win over Paris Saint-Germain earlier this season.
